Why We Value Partnership
An honest conversation about why partnership matters in the apostolic context, and what it truly means to give yourself to a wider family of churches.
We are a priesthood of saints — every believer called and equipped for the work of ministry. Four12 is an apostolic field of churches, not a denomination or a franchise. We are a linking of hearts, drawn together by the Spirit, who choose to give of ourselves for the sake of the church that Jesus is building. Partnership begins with a simple question: what does it look like to give your time, treasure, and talent to something greater than yourself?
True partnership is built on sincere relationship: shared beliefs, transparent finances, and lives lived openly before one another. We hold the same theological convictions and pursue the same mission together. We are not simply affiliated — we are family. If you sense a calling to walk in this kind of covenant community, we would love to begin the conversation with you.
